- Manage office operations and administrative tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial and bookkeeping responsibilities
- Serve as a memorial counselor, providing compassionate guidance to families
- Maintain client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
- Learn and work with various computer programs as needed
- Contribute to the overall success of the company
